This is a situation of Independent roommates who are not intertwined in each other’s activities, but each paying half of rent and utilities

You must be employed, or a student, who is away during most days and sleeping at night, able to pay the rent and bills on time currently totalling approximately $907.75 P/M. Good with your personal hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitariness

No alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, no incense, and no candles

It’s a 2 person occupancy lease so no persistent, no overnight guests

There is no room for any more furniture or kitchen stuff. Suits a person who is moving in with a couple bags and boxes only, but we might be able to squeeze in a couple of small furnishings like your own computer chair, or a larger desk than provided. There is no storage available here on the premises except your bedroom closet. There is a UHaul storage centre in the community close by

You are provided with shelf space in the kitchen for food storage and half of the fridge and freezer

$1543. P/M rent is payable before or on the 1st of each month; so your half is $771.50 then mid month it is $115 for hydro on an equal payment plan, then $157.50 for cable and internet, of which you are to pay half, so $57.50 is your share of hydro and $78.75 is your share of internet and Optic tv on the 15th of each month. Billing Documents will be shown to you.

You purchase your own food, toiletries, toilet paper, and laundry supplies. The garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, cleaning solutions, vacuum bags, carpet cleaning solutions, and air filters are provided by me. Garbage and water are paid for by the building.
