No storage- no room for furniture or appliances. Suites a person with travel luggage only, or a couple of bags and boxes. $1400. P/M - No Damage Deposit Required. Hydro and 5G 5000 Mbps Telus Internet are included.

I have a two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment on a lease, to me, with one locking furnished room (120 sq feet) for one person to occupy at $1400. P/M if you fit the requirements, and the accommodations suit you. 6th floor, great view. Roommate agreement only. You will not be placed on the lease.

The home is a market rental with a current value of $3000. P/M. Plus utility bills paid by me. You pay $1400. P/M by e-transfer on or before the 1st of each month.

No bills to you except for your phone and whatever else is personal. hydro, wi-fi, water, garbage and recycling are of no expense to you.

You are required to use the place with cleanliness of use and respect for my furniture and appliances. Out in school or at work most days- sleep nights. Appliances and all surfaces affected by our use are to be wiped clean after each use. Not on a chore day or a cleaning day. Cleaned after each use, so that it is clean for the next user.

No social assistance can be collected here, and it doesn’t suit retirement or any type of stay-at-home lifestyle.

14’ ceiling. Slate floors in the kitchen and bathroom. In-suite clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, new water heater that doesn’t go cold when the sink faucet is turned on, new fridge and freezer, microwave, and all the needed kitchen appliances are provided. Earthquake and fire-resistant building with noise suppression between suites. Your room hears the highway and the parking lot.

Air fryer, rice maker, crock pot, wheat grass juicer, Soda Stream, coffee maker, yogurt maker, and more.

There is no room for any furniture to be brought in. There is no storage for you except for a few small boxes in your room if need be. No bicycle parking. No parking lot spot for you. Street parking only. There is no room to add any dishes, pots and pans or kitchen appliances. No personalizing the common areas. All personal effects and decorations of yours are to be kept in your room only, including all clothing and coats, hats and anything else. Shoes left on the shoe mat, yes. No Nicotien No Cannabis No alcohol No drugs No Vaping or Smoking of anything No Candles No Incense No pets No Exceptions

The balcony is to be kept the way it is. No BBQ, no planters. No storage. All media is to be kept to yourself by use of headphones or ear buds, and no singing, whistling or humming.
