It’s 2 bdrm, 2 bathroom garden level suite with full kitchen, living room and outdoor patio. Fully furnished except for your bedroom. Can easily furnish your bedroom if needed. Kitchen utensils and cookware available. Great location, very walkable, close to all amenities and transit. I stay in the 2nd bedroom, I’m a single female, over 50, working professional, easy going, quiet, clean and responsible in keeping a comfortable home for everyone’s enjoyment. No overnight guests, strictly renting the 2nd bedroom to a tenant who is respectful of your room-mate and the neighbours in the building, the building is older, fixtures are not new but everything works fine, mostly seniors live in the building, looking for a quiet, working, responsible and respectful tenant.
About the roomies
Just myself in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom user has the main bathroom. Very roomy suite with a full kitchen and living room. Big closets and lots of space. I’m a working professional, single female, over 50, I’m clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. I like the outdoors, like to cook and enjoy good food, I’m very hospitable to my room-mates.
