I am looking for 1 new roommates to share a fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom basement suite with myself and another roommate! The unit includes laundry and the living room will be fully furnished. One of my roommates is also looking to sell his room furnishings if the person moving in is interested. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the UofA campus and is 2 blocks from Whyte Ave. It is also located within short walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurant/fast food places.

Both myself and other roommate are currently 22 and will be going into our final years at the UofA. My current roommates and I spend a fair amount of time in the common area watching movies and listening to music. I would love to find a new roommate who is open to becoming friends and spending free time together. That being said, I am really just looking for kind and respectful people who will treat myself and the other roommate well.
