I have 2 private furnished rooms to rent out in my home for the summer. Both are on their own level and share a living room. Lots of privacy. South facing, bright and fully furnished. Would like to rent them out together. Will consider couples for an adjusted rent. One is a very large master and the other has its’ own patio under a maple tree.

Great location in Kelowna Lower Mission – between the hospital and college. ½ block to Cameron Park and the Ethel St Transportation Corridor (lanes for each peds, bikes, cars) running from the College to Downtown and connecting to other corridors.

House is fully furnished and well taken care of, including items like air conditioning, allergen filter on furnace and sound insulation. Just bring your suitcase and linens.

Must be neat & tidy. Non-smoking, non-vaping, non-partying.

This is not a place for friends to hang out day to day but organized things like dinner parties and BBQ’s are good.

Lots of yard space. Your own garden or containers if you like.
