Seeking quiet, non smoking, tidy, working professionals or senior year university/college students, International students welcome.

. No drugs (including marijuana), no alcohol, no smoking, no parties, no guests/visits.

. Credit/ID check required with references of 2 previous landlords.

. University students proof of income/loan/savings or guarantor.

. International students require provide proof of income (savings/work), student permit (and working permit if applicable).

. Tenant Insurance mandatory (approx $35 -$45 monthly)

. Prefer minimum 6 month rental agreement (but negotiable!) then month to month rental afterwards.

. First and last month rent required upon signing rental agreement
