Talon's room

The place is a two-story townhouse with a small front and backyard on a quiet crescent. There is ample street parking and it’s a 5 min walk to the Safeway, the Osborne library, and the rapid transit route. There’s a washer + dryer and lots of extra storage room in the basement. All the rooms have nice, big windows facing lots of trees. Rent is usually close to $550 per month, sometimes up to $616 with Water & Waste.

We are two queer and neurodivergent people in their late to early 30s range. Sometimes we eat or hang out together but mostly we do our own stuff – there’s no pressure either way. We’ve had great experiences with roommates in the past and hope to keep that streak going here.
