Norma Court

We have two rooms for rent in the home we are renting ourselves. This add is for the second room on the main floor. We have found the landlord to be relaxed and responsive. The room is currently furnished but if you are looking to switch out furniture we can have a discussion.

The $1000 rent includes Utilities, and fast speed internet. You will have access to a private yet spacious bedroom located on the first level. the shared spaces, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, and spacious back yard. In the back we have a deck, sheltered hot tub, and lights throughout. As we are on a Cul de Sac, there is limited driveway space, but there is also street parking.

We are Dean and Peter, a queer married couple of young professionals in our late twenties. We have been renting the house since October 2022, and are looking for new roommates after our previous one moved back home.

We are mostly quiet, mostly clean, and mostly homebodies. We enjoy board and card games, doing stuff outside, and working on our various home and art projects.

Dean works a hybrid job and regularly travels for work, and Peter works outside of the house.

We have a sweet-heart of a dog, Bower, who is a rescue shepherd husky mix from up North where Dean is from.

We like having ongoing projects and are both handy. We are looking to build planters for next spring, and enjoy building and craft projects.
