This room is located on the basement level of this character home in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd.
It is a bright room with 2 windows. The floor has carpet that has been washed recently. Walls freshly painted.
The monthly rent for this room start is $1100CAD (single occupancy). NO SLEEP OVERS. Parking available at an extra monthly charge.
This room is furnished with a new double sized orthopedic mattress with waterproof protector, 1 night table with lamp, a dresser with 6 drawers, a built-in closet with shelves and rack for hanging clothes, a large tall floor mirror and a stone built-in bench with cushion as a reading corner, a study desk and chair.
This room has its own bathroom eith stand up shower. There are 2 windows in the bedroom.
The house has got charm with its wood trim and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :)
Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, fiber wifi and TV. Access to laundry room.
Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.
Busy Bloor West Village and the Junction are a 5 minute bus ride.
