Cindy's room

The room is located on its own floor with access to the garage. You can also access the front door if you go up a set of stairs to the common floor.

The bedroom has large window with a closet furnished with curtains and a twin-sized bed. There is a small hallway with another closet. It has it’s own private bathroom with a tub and shower head with lots of storage space under the sink.

The home is located on a private street on Baseline behind a Walmart near other grocery stores and bus stops within walking distance.

Bus stops can easily take you to Algonquin College or College Square where Baseline Station is located.

If you enjoy the outdoors, the Experimental Farm is close by with many bike paths available. Highly reccomend if you are an advid bike rider, as you can easily get to Little Italy, Dows Lake and Elgin area safely with these bike paths.

The kitchen area has a small balcony, 2 fridges and large freezer chest available, and a fully furnished living room on the main floor which is the common area of shared space.

The laundry and washer machine is accessible on the top floor where the other roomates occupy.

Smoking/vaping indoors not allowed, do so on the balcony or backyard deck.

You would be sharing the space with 3 other individuals. One roommate has their work desk and computer in the living room, however still plenty of space in the common area.

Majority of the time there is always someone at home. Ranges from morning birds to night owls.

Overall very clean and tidy people due to personal health isssues. No pets since there is an allergy
