Helping my Mom find a lovely new renter for her basement suite located in Cochrane Heights on Chinook Drive. $1000/month including all bills and WiFi. For a single, full time working (not from home) adult. Partly furnished but can also be removed if not wanted. Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind anywhere on the premises. Unit has its own doors with a lock, kitchenette (no oven but previous tenant just used an air fryer), your own bathroom and drive way. Shared laundry and back yard. Elderly woman who owns the property lives on the upstairs floor. She quiet, kind and chilled out. Likes a little chat now and then if you’re passing by but isn’t expected.
