I am located in Shaganappi There is street parking and easy access to LRT and transit.

Rent will be $1100 per month. Utility’s and wifi and subscription are included.

I have 2 floors

Main floor includes

Living room, Full Bathroom, My room , Laundry Room, Kitchen (You are welcome to use what’s in the kitchen (pots, dishes, utensils, etc) Only if you are respectful of my things).

Top floor (your private area)

Half bath Den and 1 bedroom

In the den there is a chair and tv. It has an Apple TV. With a side table and shelving.

The monthly rental cost also comes with subscriptions

Netflix, Prime, Paramount+, Crave

In the bedroom there is 1 bed and a closet. With a bedside table, dresser and a desk

I’ve lived in this area for 20 ish years. It’s easy to get to the universities and malls, etc. Also 5 minutes west of downtown

For access to the house you will have a key and there is also a keypad on the door as well.

The main floor gets a lot of light in morning to mid day. Same with the bed room upstairs

In the summer I have a nice out door patio with conversation set. With some small planters and a BBQ!!

I love to cook. In the past I have cooked for other roommates (shared cooking) and we shared the groceries. (whatever works best for you. If you rather do your own thing, that’s okay too) We would set a monthly budget on food and stay with in that. The best we can.

I have a cat, he is a tuxedo. His name is Tucker. He is very friendly and loves everyone. He’s more like a dog lol 🐶 🐱

I am looking for someone that has similar interests and is clean and organized. And kind, respectful, and easy going I’m not looking for someone’s that wants to throw a lot of parties

There is no cannabis, vaping or smoking on or inside the property
