Sarah's room

Located in Cambrian Heights (NW) just off 14th street, 5 mins to SAIT, 10 mins to UofC. The bedroom you would be renting is on the mainfloor of a bungalow, the house is close to 1100sqft with a deck off the dining room. The main bathroom has a nice soaking tub and shower that is shared with myself, but we have our own separate laundry. There is extra storage in the garage which is great! Lots of street parking and easy access to buses (just outside the front door). Unfortunately the landlord has asked for no pets 😔. Fixed rent (with utilities and wifi) $1000 or $875 without utilities, available March 1st or March 15th. Would prefer a 1 yr lease
