Hi there!

The master bedroom in our house is available for rent, a stone’s throw away from the Annex.

Here’s what makes our house awesome:

Bedroom for rent: On the second floor of the house and has a large bay window, which provides lots of natural light and faces west with a view of the sunset.

Bathroom: Shared and features a shower/tub combo with excellent water pressure.

Living room: Large with an impressive sound system and streaming services you can enjoy.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes and all the tools you’d need to cook or bake pretty much anything. Backyard: Features a BBQ, fire pit, and space to hang out.

A laid-back and social atmosphere: Our house is home to a friendly and relaxed group of individuals. We believe in fostering an environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and enjoying their preferred recreational activities.

There are 4 other people (male and female) living in the house, but it doesn’t feel like that many. We’re pretty easygoing, but we respect each other’s space and quality of life. It’s important to us that everyone in the house feels comfortable and gets along.

We’re all responsible for our share of the costs, and we expect everyone who lives here in the future to share the same values and responsibilities.
