Cost: $1300 monthly. $500 damage deposit payable on approval and $1300 when you first move in. Utilities and internet are included in the cost. You will get the security deposit back if everything is well maintained on your last day stay.

I am a self-employed gay male who is fluent in french, musician/actor that is looking for an open-minded roommate to share my place with. I live a healthy life style and I am into fitness and going to gym 5 X weekly. This is a scent free environment , highly allergic to cologne or perfume.

What am I looking for?

Cleanliness is a must. I am wanting someone who is tidy, cleans after himself, that can pay the rent on time and ideally looking for a long term. roommate, someone to interact with and to have some laughter from time to time.

Minute away from Broadview station. The apartment faces STUNNING views of downtown Toronto.

A well-maintained building, close to shops, banks, bike trails, and nature with laundry facilities in basement . Easily accessible to U of T, malls, transit etc. Underground parking can be available upon request with an extra charge.
