This master bedroom located on the 3rd floor. It has direct access to the main washroom that has shower and bathtub. Kitchen is furnished but the room is unfurnished. It have two closets for the clothing. Parking and in-suite Laundry is available. Male, Female, Couple are welcome.

The room rate is 1,300/month for single + utilities OR $1,500/month + utilities for couples. First and Last Month deposit are required. For the first 17 days (October 14-31), it would be $650.

We are located at Queensway & Islington - 5 mins walk from Costco, Dollarama, No Frills & Sobeys, 10 mins walk from Mimico GO & Islington TTC station.
