My roomate and I are looking for a tenant for the basement suite for may 1st. It’s a one bedroom one bath with a kitchenette. The rent is $720 plus utilities. Generally we have been sharing the whole house with the basement tenant as we get along really well! The house is right off 16th ave in Mount Pleasant. Walking distance from many restaurants and downtown. Close to sait and U of C.

It’s a great community! My roommates and I like to walk to Crescent Heights and Prince’s Island Park during the summer as it’s only a 10-15 minute walk!

We are two 22-year-olds graduating from university this April. We’re pretty extroverted and like to laugh about dumb things and have tv show nights! We like to keep the house tidy and clean up after ourselves, especially in the shared spaces. We don’t party often but we like to have fun and go out from time to time. Looking for someone who enjoys hanging out and having fun! We also have a cowboy corgi, so must be okay with dogs!
