Kelly's room

There are two medium sized bright clean bedrooms with closets /windows and a four piece private bathroom for you. There is also a massive loft on the floor above you for your personal use as an office/living room. Large comfortable executive home in central Tuxedo NW. The home has four floors so all spaces are very private. This is a well kept newer home. The Kitchen is on main floor and is shared. The home is Close to SAIT, U of C and Bus stops on Centre street or 4th street. We prefer you to furnish to your liking and commit to 6 months (although we have some furnishings if required). We prefer a mature professional female to share this space with us. WIFI and all utilities are included. Please set up a time with me to view the space.

We are a professional couple in our 50’s. We work during the day and most often are at the gym in the evenings. We have one old cat living in the home. He will not go into your space (unless you want him to). We are easy going, clean, busy, friendly and quiet.
