Looking for a FEMALE roommate for minimum 6 months starting ASAP for a room in 2 Bedroom 1 bath Basement Suite located in Kitsilano area close to UBC. The room has a single bed, and the entire suite is furnished. The kitchen has all the pots/pans, dishes etc. required. You just need to take care of your own groceries, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The rent is $1250/month including all utilities $625 deposit to hold the room. The suite has a full access to big backyard. Parking is available on street. Safe neighbourhood/school area. No pet/no smoking allowed no parties. This bedroom is for single occupancy only so no couples please.

Ideal roommate will be who has experience sharing with roommates, is highly responsible and maintains high cleanliness standards specially in the common areas, cleans up after themselves, quiet & trustworthy follows all the house rules. Honest and open communication is important for me.

About Me: I work as a Manager in Hotels hence so picky about the cleanliness and mostly working. I am very quiet and respect other peoples’ privacy and expect the same. I would appreciate somebody with the same hygiene standards especially with the shared areas and be respectful towards me and the house.
