the room is a good size, furnished with a double bed, 4 drawer dresser, and a bedside table is being built by one of the tenants with storage spaces. It has a large closet. Hardwood floors and gets a good amount of light from the window when the curtains are open.

walking distance to both Renfrew and Rupert skytrains. direct access to hwy 1.

No cats, No dogs. Small animals considered. Single occupancy only. cannabis and smoking permitted outside only.

This house has a large amount of common space. Large fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, gas stove, well stocked spice cupboard, personal pantry space.
Livingroom and dining room upstairs. Bathroom with a tub/ shower combo and plenty of storage for your things. Downstairs is the den/ bar with surround sound system and TV for movie nights. Laundry Room with NEW front load washer and dryer. Strung line is available for hung laundry, Storage space, deep freezer, and our overstock of cleaning supplies and laundry sink.
Our lawn is taken care of by a service during the spring and summer months. We have a BBQ we just got last summer in the backyard along with a fire table to enjoy during the evenings.

We’re one male and one female in our early 40’s and early 50s. This is very much a home for the both of us, not just a house. Were hoping to find those looking for the same, regardless of how long your looking to stay. We have been living together since December of 2023 and friends much longer than that. Were young at heart and up for almost any adventure.
